be:liver® is a 24-hour guided kit that supports the liver and gallbladder as part of a structured cleansing routine. This guide walks you through the full protocol phase by phase, from the days of preparation, through the cleansing day and evening release, to the integration period that follows. It also covers what is in the kit, how to prepare each dose, what to eat and avoid, and how be:liver fits in sequence after re:set.

Run be:liver after re:set, because the liver clears faster once the gut is settled

be:liver is built around fermented enzymes, including the fermented mushroom Antrodia cinnamomea, alongside more than 200 natural ingredients chosen to support the body’s own liver and gallbladder cleansing processes. The enzymes are fermented across four carefully designed stages, using yeast and then acetic and lactic acid bacteria, to build the bioavailability of their bioactive compounds. It is intended as a structure and function support routine, not a medical treatment.

Residual particles move from a settled intestine into the liver, where a measured drop joins their flow through bile and bowel to elimination.
The connected intestine, liver and bowel establish the organ order used by the two kit sections.

The liver tends to work best when the intestine is already clear, so timing matters. The best moment to begin be:liver is usually after completing the re:set kit, our digestive reset protocol, when the body is prepared. Starting on the liver before the gut is settled can make the process harder, which is why be:liver is designed to follow re:set rather than replace it. Afterwards, kiwami, nutri:zyme and alcalina help consolidate the work over the following weeks.

The cleansing day itself is a single 24-hour block, but the whole routine is longer than that: one to three days of preparation before it (up to two weeks if you want a gentler run in), the cleansing day, and four days of maintenance afterwards. Set aside at least 48 hours of quiet personal time around the day itself, since the process asks for a calm, low-stress environment.

Five phases, from the preparation days to four days of maintenance

Preparation supplies lead into four maintenance days, each repeating drops and resin in water with enzymes beside a meal.
The repeated stations provide one reference for setting up supplies and following the later daily instructions.

Phase 1: Preparation

  1. Choose your run-in based on experience. Depending on your habits, prepare anywhere from one to three days up to two weeks ahead.
  2. Remove alcohol, tobacco, coffee and refined sugars, along with processed foods, dairy and caffeine, to lighten the load on your digestive system.
  3. Increase organic vegetables and fruit, which are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals.
  4. If you are experienced with fasting, you may choose one to three days of pure juices, where apple or beetroot work well. If you are new to it, eat lightly the day before and avoid heavy foods such as meats, legumes and nuts.
  5. Add light movement such as walking or stretching, plus relaxation practices such as meditation, to support circulation and help manage stress.

Phase 2: The cleansing day

On the day you consume only the kit enzymes, mixed with warm water between 35 and 40°C. Use the shaker provided, mix each dose vigorously, then drink it straight away before it thickens. Between doses, sip 200 ml of warm water every 30 minutes.

  1. Morning, 09:00 to 12:00: be:smooth, then be:smooth with be:zyme, followed by further be:zyme doses.
  2. Afternoon, 13:00 to 17:00: a bottle of be:vital, then alternating be:zyme, be:smooth and be:nourish doses.
  3. Evening, 18:00: a second bottle of be:vital.

Phase 3: The evening release

  1. At 21:30, standing by the bed, combine be:balance and be:nova in the sealed shaker and shake vigorously for a full minute.
  2. Drink the mixture all at once.
  3. Lie on your right side for about 45 minutes, keeping head and shoulders slightly raised, then let yourself drift to sleep. Take only small sips of water for the two hours after this last dose.

Phase 4: The next morning

  1. At 06:00 take a be:smooth dose, and at 07:00 a be:nourish dose, both in warm water.
  2. From midday, reintroduce light meals such as broths, hot soups, steamed vegetables and low-sugar fruit.
  3. Be patient with bowel movements, which happen when the body is ready and vary from person to person.

Phase 5: Integration and maintenance

  1. Drink the remaining four bottles of be:vital, one per day over the four days after the cleanse, as a maintenance phase.
  2. For one or two days you may choose liquid nutrition, such as juices, infusions and broths, with kiwami or nutri:zyme as gentle digestive support.
  3. Fulvic acid enemas using alcalina can help clear residual matter, and continuing alcalina fulvic minerals daily for one to three months supports the gut over the longer term.

Nineteen sachets and bottles, plus a 350 ml shaker

Each be:liver kit contains a 350 ml shaker, four sachets of be:smooth, six sachets of be:zyme, two sachets of be:nourish, six 30 ml bottles of be:vital, one bottle of be:nova and one bottle of be:balance.

The kit laid out as sachets, bottles and a shaker, with the sequence each one is taken in.
Every item in the kit, grouped by the phase it belongs to.

Eat light either side, and take only the kit enzymes on the day

Before and after the protocol, favour fresh, organic, low-protein foods and plenty of warm water, and reduce anything that adds to the toxic load. During the 24-hour cleansing day itself, take only the kit enzymes and warm water, never tap water. Choosing organic where you can helps limit exposure to pesticides while the body readjusts.

Water temperature, discomfort, and when you will notice a difference

  • Which water should I use? Filtered or bottled mineral water at 35 to 40°C, prepared in advance and kept in a thermos. Never use tap water, and avoid water hotter than 40°C, which can degrade the enzymes.
  • What if I feel some discomfort? Some people notice temporary fatigue or general malaise. You can space out the enzyme sachets if needed, though the evening release dose should still follow roughly three to five hours after the last sachet.
  • When might I notice a difference? Many people describe a sense of lightness and clarity in the hours and days that follow, with results varying from person to person.
