Your body meets compounds it has no machinery to remove

The harder question is not which symptom you have. It is what the body is trying to self-regulate inside. You live surrounded by substances the human organism never met across its evolutionary history: pesticides, heavy metals, plastics, synthetic cosmetics, food additives, artificial hormones and seed oils.

These compounds are inorganic and foreign to human biology. There is no efficient natural mechanism to clear them, so over time they settle in tissue, interfere with cell communication and press on the most sensitive systems: nervous, immune and endocrine. That is one of the quiet roots behind a great many allergies and hormonal imbalances, an immune system saturated by substances it does not recognise as part of the living world it came from.

Three forces acting on the body at once A triangle whose three corners are labelled accumulated toxicity, mineral deficit and constant stress, with a figure at its centre.ACCUMULATED TOXICITYMINERAL DEFICITCONSTANT STRESS

Three forces reach the same body and compound each other: what accumulates, the minerals that do not arrive, and the stress that never lets up.

What we do not clear, the body stores. What the body stores eventually speaks, usually as imbalance.

Minerals do their clearing work as a network, not one at a time

Soils without microbial life do not turn inert minerals into active biominerals, and without those the chain of deficiency starts. Weakened plants lose their natural immunity and have to be propped up with herbicides, pesticides and NPK fertiliser, which replaces three elements where whole nutrition needs more than eighty.

For years we were taught to think about minerals in isolation, magnesium, calcium, zinc. In nature they do not exist separately. They exist in balance and in synergy.

Three mineral structures compared A single isolated mineral, a synthetic mineral carrying one amino group, and a connected lattice of minerals and amino groups in a fulvic structure.Salts, isolated metalsand rockmineralSynthetic minerals(common supplements)mineralaminoNatural biominerals(fulvic acid structure)mineralmineralmineralmineralmineralmineralmineralmineralaminoaminoaminoaminoaminoaminoaminoamino

A mineral from salt or rock is inert and alone. A synthetic supplement mineral carries a single attachment and is still isolated. In the fulvic structure minerals are held in a connected lattice, which is the form the body recognises. More in what fulvic acid actually is and the mineral spectrum.

The ones best understood for this work

  • Magnesium activates hundreds of enzymes tied to liver function and to glutathione, the main intracellular antioxidant.
  • Zinc supports antioxidant enzymes such as superoxide dismutase, immunity and tissue repair.
  • Selenium is essential to glutathione peroxidase, and helps neutralise mercury.
  • Silicon strengthens connective tissue and mucosa, and assists in clearing aluminium.
  • Copper and manganese regulate SOD alongside zinc, and act as cofactors for detoxifying enzymes.
  • Sulphur and molybdenum feed glutathione production and break down nitrogenous and sulphurous compounds.
  • Iodine helps displace the toxic halogens, chlorine, fluorine and bromine, that interfere with the thyroid.

Isolated laboratory minerals arrive without their natural cofactors, which breaks that network and can create imbalance over time. Biominerals held in a fulvic structure behave differently: organic, bioavailable, and regulated by the cell rather than by the dose.

Your body does not need more things, it needs fewer toxins

This is not about doing a cleanse now and then. It is about recognising the signals that your clearing channels want support. The common ones: constant fatigue or daytime drowsiness, strong body odour or persistent bad breath, dull or reactive skin, bloating and slow digestion, recurring allergies or food sensitivity, low libido or hormonal swings, painful or irregular cycles, constant anxiety and sharp mood changes, mental fog, and fluid retention.

These are not failures of the body. They are messages of overload, telling you the natural routes out, liver, kidneys, intestines, skin and lungs, are carrying more than they can move. How mineral deficiency shows up goes into this further.

An at-home test turns guesswork into a starting point you can measure against

A test is not essential, but knowing your accumulated load changes what you do with the rest of this guide. Post a sample, the laboratory returns results by email. The aim is awareness, not alarm, and it is never too early: every body has its own history and its own pace.

What we test on our own side, batch by batch, is on the lab tests page.

Mercury, cadmium and glyphosate arrive in small daily doses, not one big one

Heavy metals and hormone disruptors do not come from a single source. They come from small, normalised, everyday exposures, and they accumulate quietly in fat, bone and reproductive organs: dental amalgam releasing mercury daily, make-up and lipstick carrying lead or aluminium, large fish and non-organic rice carrying arsenic, glyphosate interfering with hormonal signalling, and cosmetics and plastics carrying phthalates and parabens that mimic oestrogen.

Heavy metals are the Trojan horse of this century. The enemy walks in through the front door, and nobody notices.

These compounds imitate and block your own hormones

Continuous exposure alters the endocrine and reproductive system. These compounds mimic, block or distort the action of your own hormones, which reaches cycles, ovulation and metabolism. Commonly reported alongside that load: PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, painful or irregular periods, difficulty conceiving, hot flushes in perimenopause, fluid retention, disturbed sleep and mood change. In men, lower testosterone and reduced fertility.

When menstruation ends, one regular route of release closes, and the liver, kidneys, skin and lymphatic system take on the whole job. If that is where you are, the menopause guide picks this up in detail.

Three pillars decide whether anything changes

  1. Reduce what comes in. Change products, replace amalgam, eat organic where you can.
  2. Release what is already there. Support the natural routes rather than forcing them.
  3. Strengthen the systems that clear. Liver, kidneys, skin, gut and lymph, working efficiently every day.

The best time to start clearing consciously was ten years ago. The second best is today.

Five daily habits that do most of the work

Quality water

Filtered and mineralised. Reverse osmosis water carries no minerals, so it does not hydrate the way mineral-bearing water does. Spring water or structured filtered water is the better everyday choice. The water guide covers the amounts.

Rebounding

A mini-trampoline, a skipping rope, or bouncing on the bed. It stimulates the lymphatic system, which has no pump of its own. Space agencies use it to move astronauts' lymph in the absence of gravity, which tells you how much it does for very little effort.

Sauna and dry brushing

Heat opens the pores and improves circulation, so brushing moves fluid more efficiently. Brush before or between heat sessions. Several times a week already changes things.

Outdoor movement, barefoot where possible

Exercise lowers oxidative load, improves circulation and activates lymph. Skin contact with grass, sand or earth adds to it.

Conscious breathing

Most of us breathe short and high in the chest, in a permanent low alert. Natural breathing comes from the diaphragm, slow and deep, in step with the nervous system that repairs. This is not a technique to perform. It is attention, and letting the body remember.

Twelve changes, one a month, so nothing has to happen at once

Not everything at once, and not nothing at all. One deliberate swap a month removes the main endocrine disruptors from daily life over a year.

  1. Food. Organic and local where you can. Cut processed food, pesticides and seed oils.
  2. Water. A water filter and a shower filter. Chlorine and fluoride in shower water reach your iodine and your thyroid.
  3. Cleaning products. Swap industrial detergents and softeners for natural or homemade versions.
  4. Personal care. Check shampoos, creams and make-up for parabens, phthalates, aluminium and synthetic fragrance.
  5. Cookware. Leave non-stick and plastic behind. Stainless steel, ceramic or glass instead.
  6. Air at home. Ventilate, add purifying plants, drop the chemical air fresheners.
  7. Candles and scent. Natural wax instead of paraffin, essential oils instead of perfume.
  8. Light and rhythm. Morning sun, regular sleep hours, less screen light at night.
  9. Clothing. Move gradually to cotton, linen or bamboo without toxic dyes.
  10. Where you sleep. Organic mattress, pillows and bedding. You spend eight hours a day there.
  11. Eating out. Choose places that share the standard, and leave reviews that push others towards it.
  12. Pass it on. When the change is real it radiates without being explained.

Movers, binders and chelators do three different jobs

Movers, for example chlorella, mobilise toxins and make them available to be cleared. Binders, for example activated charcoal, zeolite and clay, hold toxins in the digestive tract through their porous structure: they do not cross cell membranes or the blood brain barrier, and they trap rather than chelate. Natural chelators, for example biominerals, take heavy metals into the molecule itself so they can be cleared or reused, acting in the gut, inside the cell and in the brain, without accumulating.

Movers and binders are useful. A daily natural chelator is what makes a full clearing possible, and they can be combined.

The deficiency starts in the soil, not in your diet

What if the problem were not a shortage of one isolated mineral, but the loss of mineral coherence in the food itself? For millennia that balance came from humus, living earth where microorganisms, roots and minerals nourished food together. Farming shortcuts broke the link, and we try to compensate with isolated laboratory supplements.

Humus is the first step in the food chain where inert minerals come alive through microorganisms, forming bioactive, bioavailable, synergistic complexes. That is what the body recognises and integrates. The soil story is the longer version.

The beginner protocol: three phases across three months and 21 days

Fulvic acid behaves like an intelligent magnet. It binds heavy metals and carries them out, and it remineralises and rebalances your cells at the same time. It is mild, has no noticeable taste, and suits someone who wants to clear without forcing anything.

Phase one is ten drops of alcalina a day in a glass of water, in the morning on an empty stomach.

Phase 1, activation, 21 days

Wake the natural clearing channels without a shock to the system. Ten drops of alcalina a day in a glass of water, in the morning on an empty stomach. Watch energy, digestion, mental clarity and rest.

Phase 2, deeper clearing, 30 days

Increase cellular clearing capacity and restore mineral balance. Build gradually to twenty drops a day, which you can split between morning and afternoon. Keep hydration high, because water is the vehicle for the whole process.

Phase 3, maintenance, 60 days and onward

Consolidate, stabilise mineralisation, hold the balance long term. Come back to ten to fifteen drops a day as part of an ordinary routine, alongside clean water, real food, rest, breathing and daylight.

If you have never done this before, start gently, but start properly.

Where to buy cleaner, without replacing everything at once

The twelve monthly changes are the plan. This is the shortlist that makes each of them easier. None of these are ours and none of them pay us.
