A carrot today is not the carrot of a century ago. Decades of intensive farming have stripped minerals and microbial life from the soil, so even a careful diet carries less than it once did. The food is not what it was, and the body feels it.
Soil to plant to cell, interrupted
Minerals move from soil to plant to us. When the soil loses its mineral and microbial richness, the whole chain thins. Synthetic fertiliser grows the plant; it does not restore the spectrum. The plant grows, but it is carrying less.
You cannot supplement your way out of a problem that starts in the soil. You have to go back to the form nature built.
Some places kept their minerals
Where ancient plant matter was sealed and compressed over millennia, the mineral and fulvic richness concentrated into fossil fulvic deposits and high-altitude resins. These are the sources Bionobo starts from.
Fossil riverbed. alcalina, a fossil fulvic acid of double origin, marine and terrestrial, from the Mississippi River region. Water-filtered over two years.
High Himalaya. shilajit dorado, golden-grade resin from above 5,000m. Cold-filtered and sun-dried. Fulvic-rich, mineral-dense.
How we restore the minerals
- Source from rare, mineral-rich origins traced to seam or slope.
- Extract with water alone, never heat or chemicals, so the living structure survives.
- Lab-test every batch for heavy metals, mycotoxins and microbes.
- Deliver the whole complex, in the form the cell recognises.
Good for the cell, good for the earth
Bionobo exists for human and planetary health, not as a marketing claim but as a design principle. What we take from the earth, we take from rare, concentrated deposits formed over millennia. Not from depleted agricultural land. Not from bulk suppliers. The earth has already done the work; we just do not undo it.
